As a Metacognitive Therapist and meditation teacher, I help you gently step out of that cycle. Together, we work with practical, evidence-based tools that strengthen your ability to guide your attention and loosen the grip of unhelpful thoughts.

Metacognitive Therapy (MCT) is an evidence-based approach that has been shown to be highly effective for managing overthinking, stress, anxietyand depression.
Rather than focusing on the content of your thoughts, it helps you change how you relate to them.
As a metacognitive therapist, I can guide you through this process, helping you build new ways of relating to your thoughts, reduce rumination and regain a sense of calm and control in your everyday life. You will build new habits for lasting, positive change.
If needed, I will also support you in regulating your nervous system, so you have the best possible foundation for the therapeutic work.

Mindfulness and Compassion Meditation is a simple yet powerful practice that helps calm the mind, increase awareness, and create space between your thoughts and your reactions.
As a certified mindfulness meditation teacher, I can guide you in using meditation to support Metacognitive Therapy, helping you notice patterns, step back from rumination, and find mental clarity.
At the same time, the meditation can also stand on its own, offering a gentle way to reduce stress, ease anxiety and bring more presence and calm into your life.
